ServiceMaster Restore of Edmonton is looking for an energetic Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The individual will work closely with the Projects Director, Project Management, the Project Coordinator team to ensure each claim is completed as specified by company and insurer protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor control points/KPIs with insurers and insurance adjusters to ensure timelines are met.
- Monitor estimate uploads to ensure specific timelines are met.
- Report outstanding estimates to Project Managers and Coordinator team.
- Monitor Xactanalysis notes to ensure Project Managers and Coordinators are providing status updates, updating control points and meeting timelines on all ongoing projects.
- Monitor Symbility notes to ensure Project Managers and Coordinators are providing status. updates, updating control points and meeting all timelines on all ongoing projects.
- Tracking of all projects using excel and company internal system.
- Monitor and update client protocols on company internal system.
- Data Entry and maintaining records/spreadsheets for all projects.
- Entry of time and material estimates within Xactimate program.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets.
- Proficient with Microsoft office.
- Customer service experience.
- Xactimate / XactAnalysis software experience considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets.
- Restoration or insurance industry experience considered an asset.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating self-motivation and independence.
- 2 -3 years of relevant experience.
- High school equivalent.
